At Tribu Care, we want you to love your beauty ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that do not meet your expectations. To maintain our hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't work for you.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
