How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your beauty essentials sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange, provided it is at least 50% full.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never. Tribu Care is a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working hard to expand our global reach and hope to offer worldwide shipping very soon.
